Metal plate on stapler!

Have you ever noticed what looks like a metal plate on your stapler? All you have to do to use it is rotate the plate on the bottom of the stapler. This helps to pin the staple (which temporarily fastens paper together). This way you don’t even have to use a staple remover to remove any staples.
